I'm starting this blog because as many people do, I have tried time and time again to lose weight and have never succeeded. I am posting a blog because I believe having it out there and for people to read may help me stay focused on both my eating habits and my excersize. So, here goes nothing...
I have started going to the gym again. I started Monday and have gone Tuesday and Wednesday as well. Right now I am SUPER sore from pushing so hard and have started to think about skipping tomorrow but I know that if I skip just one day right now I will not be able to stick to going to the gym. I'm going to work through it and maybe just not work as hard as I have the past few days.
There's the start. That's the most important part,right? To start? For me it is anyway. Ill start really blogging about everything tomorrow. I just wanted to start it up tonight! Anyway I hope you enjoy or at least encourage this blog. If you don't, I don't care. I'm doing me and you just do you! ;)
